Riboflavin (HPMC) for Corneal Cross-Linking – Epithelium-Off

TQM CXL™ is a sterile, buffered riboflavin solution (1mg/mL with HPMC) used in conjunction with UV-A light for corneal collagen cross-linking in progressive keratoconus.

  • 3 mW/cm² UV-A for 30 minutes
  • Stabilizes ectasia and improves visual acuity
  • Applied every 3 minutes for stromal saturation
  • Epithelium-off method with abrasion
