Riboflavin (Dextran) for Corneal Cross-Linking – Epithelium-Off

TQM CXL D is a sterile isotonic riboflavin solution (0.1% w/v Riboflavin with 20% Dextran) developed for use in epithelium-off corneal collagen cross-linking (CXL) procedures for the treatment of keratoconus and corneal ectasia. It provides optimal stromal saturation when used in combination with UV-A irradiation, helping to strengthen corneal tissue by increasing collagen cross-links.

  • 3 mW/cm² UV-A for 30 minutes
  • Stabilizes ectasia and improves visual acuity
  • Applied every 3 minutes for stromal saturation
  • Epithelium-off method with abrasion
